The New York Times ran this article today about the single-origin coffee trend. Superstars Duane Sorenson, George Howell, Peter Giuliano, Mark Prince and Geoff Watts are featured. In a movement toward online-video-awesomeness, some Times reporters came by Ninth Street Espresso to film a cupping session. Unlike previous televised attempts at capturing cupping, this video has absolutely no snowmen cappuccino art.
